[11 January 2006] Organiser Peter Spiers says the TEVA 2006 Wairoa Extreme Race is on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 February 2006. Racers entry Fee is $50.00 if paid before January 31st to PO Box 1763, Rotorua. Make cheques out to ‘Wairoa Extreme Race’. $60.00 if entered after that date. Prize money $1000.00 Mens 1st place (sponsored by Teva). 2nd, 3rd and 4th $200.00. $500.00 Women’s 1st place, $200.00 2nd place. Time trial finish will be at rock at bottom of waterfall.
