Combined Tekapo course and Pukaki river releases in February

Thanks to the efforts of Alan Hoffman and others, we have combined Tekapo Whitewater Course and Pukaki river releases on the weekends of 3 and 4 February and 17 and 18 February. If course is not opened, water will be spilled down riverbed instead.
