On the river

  • Safety. Report an incident, find the safety code and grading system, and build your skills
  • Incident Library. Write-ups of past incidents on New Zealand rivers and the lessons paddlers have drawn from them.
  • Check, Clean, Dry. Stop the spread of didymo and the invasive gold clam every time you move between rivers.
  • River Rescue Training for Clubs. The river rescue course pathway, providers, and how clubs can seek funding for training.

Looking after rivers

  • Access. Protect your right to get on the river, and report an access issue when you hit a problem.
